If you use 3/page checks, then more often than not you will end up with 1 or 2 checks left over. Not all laser or inkjet printer can print these partial pages.

Check taxis are inexpensive full-size sheets that you can fasten the leftover checks to so they can then be printed on.

Before purchasing check taxis, ensure that your software supports printing on partial sheets.

How many times can I use a check taxi?

It varies, but you should be able to get a minimum of 10 uses, possibly many more.
